I heard a talk in church today that mentioned one of my favorite scriptures. He said that if you are ever having a bad day, to read this scripture. I have to agree. Its 2 Nephi chapter 4. A long time ago, I heard a song that was put to the music of "Be Still My Soul" and uses the words from this chapter.
